About
- Welcome to the Mindful Birth Doula, a holistic full spectrum offering for your birth journey.
My mission is to provide support for you and your partner from pregnancy to birth and through the postpartum period as needed. Whether we write out a full plan or take an "as needed approach", your peace of mind is my priority.
My own birth journey began with the birth of my four children, starting in 1994. Each birth was such a unique experience, allowing me to understand what a birthing woman's needs are. I was fortunate to have midwives and doula support for three of my births after an emergency ceserean with my first child and I wish to continue the traditions of women led support.
My doula and postpartum doula trainings took me from New York to Tennessee, studying with midwives, herbalists and doulas for a wide range of traditional woman care.
The very definition of DOULA is a woman who serves women. It is my privilege to serve the women in this region and beyond.
